I was halfway working on my Western European letter and suddenly the whole collection was deleted and this happen a couple of time and frustrated me, I very new to Glyphs, is it something I did that I am not aware of? I diligently save after every letter created.

Which exact version (see Glyphs > About Glyphs) of the app are you using?
Before a glyph gets deleted, you need to confirm a dialog. If you didn’t confirm deletion, I think the problem is something else.
Can you clarify what exactly happened here? You were working on a letter (singular, so you were drawing one specific letter), and then a collection was deleted? A collection of what, exactly? Do you mean that all the letters you had made disappeared? Or only the Western European letters? Or something else?
Hi Janus, Thank you. Only the Western European letters, but it seems to work now, I keep saving to a new version to avoid any deletion. I will post here again if it happens again.

Can you send me the file that has letters missing?
If you don’t get a dialog, Glyphs is not deleting anything. Are you keeping your file in a sync folder like Dropbox? Don’t. Because a third party app like Dropbox can sync your files to an older state.
