When I launch the Glyphs App application the Macro window will run:

How can I disable run Macro window.

The macro window is shown by a plugin that you have installed. To find who it is is a bit tricky.

Read the message, please. Do you have a plug-in named Wordfinder maybe? You can uninstall via Window > Plugin Manager.

I have this plugin installed as well yet Glyphs does not open the Macro Panel by itself at launch which is what i think the problem here.

Can you run this two commands in Terminal and post the results?

grep -r "showMacroWindow" ~/Library/Application\ Support/Glyphs/Plugins

grep -r "showMacroWindow" ~/Library/Application\ Support/Glyphs/Repositories

I deleted many of plugins and the problem resolved!!
