Are there Guillemets in the latin template or do you need to create these manually? (single and double)
Like many glyphs, these don’t have slots established for them in the default startup, but such slots are easy to create. In the left pane under Categories, under Punctuation > Quote, right-click the lozenge that says 0/12. Then Cmd-click all of the guillemets you want to create, and press the Generate button.
