I snagged the latest cutting edge version and re-exported my font (variable weight and optical size). Seems like the glyph width isn’t changing in the variable export. Static TTF/OTF files look fine. This was not an issue with previous cutting edge versions, so something in the new update must be off.

Where do you test? Browser?
I have another report of this already. I’ll fix this.
