Will 'not quite smooth connection' be fixed when exporting?

In this case, it’s a slanted italic from the upright sources.

Wondering if those minor ‘unsmooth’ connections will be smoothed or rounded out and corrected automatically when exporting or if best to go through each glyph individually and adjust them in the edit window before export?

The exported font will have the nodes at the same position as you see it (expect of interpolating or rounding them).
