I’m creting this topic because i do not understand how to proceed to get my license after trying to install Glyphs 2.6.11 on my new computer.

Locate your old licence file you used to activate Glyphs on your old computer. It has a .glyphsLicense suffix. Then simply drag it onto your Glyphs.app.
Edit: I just read your topic title, sorry. Message office (at) glyphsapp (dot) com so that they can locate your original order and send you a new licence.
