Glyphs unresponsive to arrow keys and other shortcuts

Hi there,
Since the latest update the arrow keys and other shortcut key combinations such as select all (command a), place background (command j) don’t function. I can select the nodes with the mouse (also several nodes pressing shift), and I can move them with the mouse, but I can’t move the nodes with the arrow keys. Undo also works, and command s works.
Usually this bug happens when I try to select several nodes with the mouse by one move (not one-by-one).
After restarting it works for a while then the problem starts again.

(I’m working on a font with 3 masters, but the same problem appears on another file using only 2 masters.)

I did my research on the forum, I found a similar problem, though not exactly the same. I have followed the suggestion mentioned in the link, but it does not work in my case. (Try reinstalling all of them with the Plugin Manager […])
It would be great to find a solution.

I’m using Version 2.5.2 (1186) on El Capitan (version 10.11.6)

Thanks!

Switching tabs doesn’t help?

Hi, thanks, switching tabs helps. So when I switch to another tab and then I switch back, I can move the nodes with the arrow keys.

The update for the keyboard shortcuts is up.

Thanks, it seems it works fine. :+1:

I’m had this problem twice with build 1187. I don’t know what causes it.

I have fixed it. Need to cleanup to finish the update.
